大一这一年，是压力最大的一年，也是心里最为煎熬的一年。在这一年里，可以说是经历了失落、失望、绝望而绝处逢生一系列的打击、挫折与新生。在高中，是老师眼中的佼佼者，父母的手中宝，别人羡慕的对象，巨大的成就感充斥着自己的内心。而进入大学之后，大家都是从高考中脱颖而出的优秀学子，大家都一样优秀，更有一大部分比自己更为优秀。在这样一群优秀的人之中自己便显得那样平凡，那样的渺小。突然从别人艳羡的对象变成了一个平凡至极的人，巨大的心里落差让自己久久不能接受。学习上的压力，也一时让自己无法承受，本就理科处于弱势的我，在学习一系列数学、物理力学等课程时，自己倍感吃力。看着其他同学没花多少时间，考前突击一下就能取得很好地成绩，而自己在付出了大量的时间和汗水之后，成果不尽如人意，让自己对自己感到十分失望，甚至开始怀疑自己，质疑自己的能力。我学会安慰自己，告诉自己只要自己更加努力，一定能行。可是看着别人都取得骄人的成绩，而自己却一次次的失败，一种彷徨无助的感觉袭来，心里慢慢开始绝望。慢慢的开始自暴自弃，开始出现厌学、焦躁等各种负面情绪。我开始反思自己，没必要把自己抬得太高，既然做不到别人那么耀眼，那么就努力做最好的自己。心开始慢慢变得安静，不再去羡慕别人，只是默默地做着自己喜欢做的事情，努力做得更好。

大二，我开始尝试不一样的事情，在学习之余，我开始接触不一样的东西，开始做一些简单的学生工作，参与年级的学生会并组织一些活动，做了一些兼职工作来丰富自己的阅历，跟一些热爱排球的人组建了水院的女子排球队。虽然做得没有那么轰轰烈烈惊心动魄，但在这一点一滴的工作中，我找到了自己的价值，

我开始变得快乐，在排球场上我可以任意的挥洒汗水，可以肆无忌惮的笑，可以没心没肺地让自己累到站不起来。但那是我所喜欢的，是我所钟爱的，所以我不觉得累，反而觉得没由来的身心舒畅。

大三，是最简单，最宁静的一年，在这一年里我什么都没做，只是每天照常去上课，去图书馆。当初因为避开激烈的竞争而选择现在的专业，对其了解并不深刻，也不知道自己将来要干什么，自己的路在哪里。因此这一年，我选择沉静下来取寻找我的方向，明确自己的目标，在几经波折之后，我还是选择了继续读研，并朝着保研的目标在努力着。

大四，最为充实和丰富多彩的一年，在经过了这几年的洗礼之后，我选择快乐的生活，选择让自己轻松愉悦，带着美好的心情去学习和生活。在经过大三的努力之后，实现了我的保研目标，也找到了自己喜欢的导师和感兴趣的研究方向，并进入实验室开始准研究生的学习。在这一年，学习之余，到长江科学院实习，并参与实际项目的设计工作，让自己清楚地意识到自己的不足，从而更加认真的去学习，虚心的请教，弥补自己的缺陷。同时也对自己将来即将从事的事业有了一个更加深刻的认识，对于自己未来的规划也更加的明确。我也不断地去尝试一些新的东西，发掘自己的兴趣爱好，提高生活的质量和对生活的热情的同时，也有意识地去锻炼自己，培养自己各方面的地能力。

大学四年，虽然过得平凡，没有别人那么多姿多彩，但我有我的快乐与追求，有我的成长与付出，这就是我的大学生活，属于我的独一无二的大学生活。

during the year university study, i can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. all types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. i like talking and playing with others, so i own many friends. sometimes i feel lonely, angry and also homesick. but fortunately i own these good friends. they helped me spend these sad days. i find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. but i know when they need help; i will do everything that i can do to help those who helped me before.

i like going to the library where you can find these words on the wall: "knowledge is power." and "keep silence!" after class every day. because i know that we must learn every day. i think the life in university of education is full of freedom, but i never waste time. life is not easy for everybody, especially for those who hopes to lead a happy life”, a famous lady once said. that is to say, you have to try your best to learn and to pass exams in order to make your life bee better and better with time going on. so i never give up learning even go to the college.

sometimes i also want to own more free time to do my own things. but we have too many classes. so i think life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected. the teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. i hate it. i want to more free time in class.

during the time i spend at the university of education, i not only develops my intellectual abilities, i also develop social skills as well as knowledge and wisdom necessary for choosing a future career.

in short, we should value our life in the university of education. although there are many things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.

我已经在大学中度过了3，4个月的生活，寒假过后我就要进入大一下学期了，在体验了大一上学期后，我感受到大学生活有时候是快乐的，而有时候又是枯燥无味的。但是在大学中确实能学到很多在从前不能接触到的知识。

大学生活有时候是快乐的，我还记得刚才入学的时候，我们正在军训，为期10天的军训对我们来说还是很久的，但是很幸运的就是我们军训的那些日子大部分时间都在下雨，这个时候我们就会在寝室里面上一些网课，适应一下宿舍生活。我还记得我们的军训服装是很漂亮的，我们也都很喜欢穿，我们的教官是学长，是一名前海军，他长得很帅气，对我们也很和善，经常跟我们讲故事，讲他当年当海军的时候的经历。经常在别的班辛苦训练的时候，他就让我们坐在一起给我们讲故事，和我们表演才艺玩游戏。在最后的会操表演中，我们也拿到了我们学院的第1名的好成绩，真可谓一边学一边玩儿。

那些天在下雨晚上的时候，班级为了促进同学之间的相互认识和更亲近的相处，就让我晚自习的时候班干部和帮助组织一些活动来促进同学之间的关系。那个时候帮助有时候会让我们聚集在班级里玩一些小游戏，有时候也会让我们照到多媒体教室里一起看看恐怖片。军训的那几天是很轻松的，虽然是军训，但是我们并没有晒到什么太阳，总体来说还是很快乐和轻松的。

另外大学的课堂上并不像高中一样，需要时刻的绷紧精神，好好的听老师讲课，大学的课程有部分是很有趣的，即使是没有学业要求，我也是很乐意去听的，就比如说我学习的有门课教艺术史，在上艺术史的时候，老师就会给我们讲古希腊古埃及的一些神话故事，给我们讲那些人物关系和一些很有名的故事，包括宗教神话的`缘起，讲宙斯这些故事我们都会听得津津有味。

另外也有更多空闲的时间是可以由我们自己分配的，这个时候时间变得很自由，这也是让我觉得大学生活比较开心和愉快的一件事情。
