eercise plays a very important role in daily life. everyone, no matter what age, needs eercise every day. eercise can help you keep fit, full of energy, work hard and you call do strenuous work persistently.

there are many kinds of eercise that help people keep physically fit. there are set ting up eercises that anyone can perform for a few minutes each day. for a young person football is one of the best games. if people keep doing eercise, they will find thpmselves better all the time.

however, modern life may prevent people from getting the daily eercise. they need. television and other modern inventions could possibly be a factor that produces physical unfitness. television can be very educational, but mostly it is just waste of time. with the automobile, another modern invention, some people no longer walk any place. if people sit for hours in hront of their tv sets and ride in their cars everywhere, their health will be hurt badly. therefore, they need to get eercise by doing setting up or playing football.

车子最终停在了离我家较近的地方，我下车之后看着我，本来熟悉的地方，仿佛他从我小学三年级来到这里的时候，那一刻一样，没有多大的改变，但其实自己心里也明白，如果翻看以前的照片就可以发现这个地方已经改变了很多。那一次说走就走的旅行，之后我和朋友坐车回到了家。在车上我纠结着是回自己家还是回奶奶这边的家。但是到后来我还是选择了回奶奶家，因为我已经很久没有回到这边来看看她了。

当天到达这里，因为我知道奶奶现在不在家里面，他在他弄的.土里干活，所以我就先去看了我很久没有见的朋友在她家玩了一个多小时，最后我和他去奶茶店吃了点东西，然后回到家。

奶奶家这边，因为杀手粽子，所以终于晚上睡觉的时候不用写很多的蚊香，不用去打很多，这一点让我特别开心，但是有一点我自己心里明白，每次晚上我到奶奶家，她都会问我一句吃了没有，没有吃的话他不会让我去吃一点。然后在奶奶家呆了两天，我就提着行李箱往自己家那边走。

今天一大早的就起来了，奶奶吃完饭之后，我们吃完饭之后，现在我就来到了我那个朋友家，因为现在我用的这个手机是他借我的那一个，但是也他的手机也坏了，所以我打算把我妈妈留下啊，俺的那个手机先借给他，去往他家的路上，因为这个行李箱大家有她家的路上有很多地方铺平，所以有点辛苦，而且今天的太阳有41度，所以特别的炎热。

“芳儿，你今天这件连衣裙好好看哦，简直是沉鱼落雁闭月羞花。”坐在沙发上的老爸笑嘻嘻的看着我。“老爸，你今天这是怎么了？？一个劲的夸我，有话不妨就直说，我是谁啊，我可是你亲生女儿啊！怎么能对我这么见外呢，是不是？”我这番话讲的可是甜到我老爸心里去了，“那好，既然女儿你这么豪爽，那我就直说了。”“是这样的女儿啊，老爸最近手头有点紧，你妈管钱又管的紧，你看你不是还有好几百块钱的零花钱嘛，能不能先借我，你放心我一定还。”老爸用恳求我的目光看着我。“当然，老爸要的我一定会给的。女儿愿为你赴汤蹈火在所不辞。”我知道老爸一定是有什么要紧的事，不然不会这么急需用钱的。“你这小嘴像抹了蜜一样，老爸谢谢你了。”

我家呢是慈父严母，平常我闯了祸都是我爸向我妈说请的。记得有一次，我贪玩，和邻居的小孩一起玩踢足球，不料我踢的球居然撞碎了隔壁老王家的窗户。我当时吓得可是站都站不稳了，我回到家告诉了我爸妈，我妈当时就火冒三丈抬手就要打我，这时我爸阻止了我妈并说，芳儿也不是故意的你看她知错能改勇于承认错误，这也是好事嘛，我们就别再怪她了。当时听了老爸的一番话，我简直不敢相信老爸会这么疼惜我，是啊，天下哪有父母不爱自己儿女的啊！我想我妈也是不愿意的啊，只是她对我的成长看的太严了，太在意我了。

还有一次我也记得很是清楚，老爸喜欢吸烟，因此也经常被我和我妈嫌弃，有一次我跟郑重的跟他说，老爸，吸烟是不健康的，你不能在吸烟了。老爸说，这已经习惯了，要戒掉恐怕是很难了。我不相信戒不了烟，从此，我便踏上了帮老爸戒烟的历程。每次老爸要拿起烟的时候，我就立马抓住老爸的手，并把烟拿走，又去冰箱拿了一罐牛奶过来，并说老爸当你想要吸烟的时候呢，你就喝牛奶吧，牛奶对身体有好处。老爸笑着点了点头。最后，老爸真的戒掉了烟，感觉我好有成就感啊！为此，老妈还表扬了我呢。
