去年冬至，我就和外婆包了一回饺子。外婆拿来一大碗面粉，把它倒在盆子里，然后一边用勺子加水，一边使劲揉搓。我已经迫不及待啦，于是我对外婆说：“我来我来！”外婆只好手把手教我。没过一会儿，散面粉就变成了一个大面团啦。可是，我却变成了 “白脸猫”。

外婆的手就像神奇的魔术师，一会儿把面团变成长条，一会儿把长条切成了“象棋”。接下来，就要开始做馅啦。外婆把芹菜切成丁，把肉馅切成泥，然后放在一起搅拌还要加入料酒、生姜、盐，最后，馅就做好啦。

然后外婆把“象棋”一边擀，一边转动，这样一张饺子皮就做好了。我在一旁喊道：“让我试试吧！”我本以为是件很容易的`事，后来一试，我不是把皮做成了正方形，就是一边凹进一边凸出。我再做几张吧！呀，成功啦！这样皮就完工了。

接下来就是包了，外婆先把一张皮放在手上，再放进馅，把中间合起来，然后，一边把旁边也合上，一边做出波浪形的花纹，一个饺子就做好啦。我也试了试，哎呀！馅放的太多了，可是中间已经合起来了，我灵机一动，把馅从旁边挖了出来，还好，饺子并没有破。后来我和外婆又包了一百个，可好看了。

外婆烧了一锅，我轻轻的咬上了一口，菜和肉的浓香立刻在舌尖漫舞，久久环绕，真是皮薄馅多。于是，我终于明白了为什么要在冬至这天吃饺子！

你知道我最喜欢的小吃是什么吗？这就是“十里飘香”的兰州拉面，兰州拉面可谓是“天下第一面”，面被拉得细如发丝，拉面时，厨师手里不停地扭动着面团，有节奏的拍打着桌子，不久，就被拉成“龙须”，放入大锅里，小火慢炖，一股清香的气味扑鼻而来，出锅了，只见师傅们把羊肉和香菜放入碗里，再把面放进去，十分美味！

3.山东杂粮饼

这里还有一绝就是山东杂粮饼，摊主阿姨把饼对折，涂上甜面酱，里面放上金黄的鸡蛋和面片，再卷起来，可诱人了。

一年一度的潮汕美食节在汕头林百欣会展中心拉开序幕，我和爸爸、妈妈一起乘车来到现场品尝。

新年就要来临，买好了年货，我钻在被子里，悄悄地，默数着新年的来临。
