其次，我希望同学们能够激发自己的学习兴趣。兴趣就是最好的老师。当我们有了浓厚的兴趣，从要我学变成我要学之后，其作用必定是巨大的。并且，学习一定要有目的、计划。拿破仑说过：不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵。同样，学习也是这个道理，如果没有一个目标，就会在学习中迷茫;如果没有一个计划，学习就会懈怠。我认为首先应结合自己的实际定好一个目标。然后制定每天的学习时间表，并且在每一次月考过后，根据自己成绩的变化加以适当的调整。如果执行不了，就请家长来帮忙监督。当然，最终的结果必须是能自我约束。

在学习中反思是学习系统中最为重要的策略。学习的好不好，方法对不对，怎么提高效率常常是通过反思来实现的。因此，会不会学习，就表现为会不会反思。现代学习理论中，在学习中反思中相当重要的地位。有的同学费尽心力学了，成绩不好，主要是因为不会及时反思，从而不能实现学习调整。可以这样说，学习反思伴随着整个学习过程，它既是学习内容，也是学习策略。按计划进行学习过程、学习效率和质量的反思，既能加快学习进程，又能提高学习质量。学习水平下降往往是因为在这方面做的不够。

学习最重要的就是课堂，就是上课这四十分钟。首先我们的大多数知识都是有课堂上获得的，而且我们在学校里的大部分时间也都是在上课。所以我认为抓住课堂是学习的根本，而我认为抓住课堂就是上课注意力高度集中，细听讲、多思考、勤练习，跟着老师的思路走。

还有就是课后复习。复习，就是一个查漏补缺的过程，一个知识全面化，系统化的过程。我们要充分利用复习的时间把课本的知识掌握牢固，做到成竹在胸。再则，就是要处理好平时与考试的关系。平时复习，一定要有周密的学习计划，七门功课时间安排合理，注意七门齐头并进，平衡发展。周密计划能够充分利用空余时间学习，合理安排时间休息，做到劳逸结合，既使人感到充实又能不觉得疲惫，既有规律又有效率。

总而言之，学习需要循序渐进，找到适合自己的一套包括预习、上课、复习的学习方案，使我们的成绩更上一层楼!

ladies and gentlemen: my topic is honesty. as a correspondent of the qingdao morning news, i visited dr. james gilman, the president of the international committee for marco polo studies in england. in this picture, this is james, and this is me and we are looking at a dragonsquo;s tooth. this is a true story. /chuzhong/chusan/ 65 years ago, james lived in qingdao. then he was only 5 years old. he often visited the aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. he was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. in the late 1930s, when the japanese occupied qingdao, his family had to leave. on his last day in qingdao, he ran to the aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragonsquo;s mouth. he kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. it was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. finally he decided to put right his childish error. in 2019, he visited qingdao and returned it to the aquarium with his sincere apologies. he received a warm welcome. when james visited qingdao, i accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. i was deeply touched by his honesty. it has taught me a lot. i think to err is human. the important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct onesquo;s error. honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. so we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. i would like to say to all of my friends: letsquo;s be honest people of good moral character. thank you.

在网络中正确的寻找到我们所需要的信息，指的是以网络作为媒介，在网络中主动去寻找我们所需要的信息。网络作为一个开放式的环境，里面所包含的信息是非常多的，基本上只要平时想得到的，在网络上都能找得到。作为学生，我们平时使用网络肯定需要以学习为主，例如在网络上寻找书本上相关知识点，对于自己平时弄不懂的问题，可以在网络上寻找答案;对于平时想加强的某一方面知识，可以通过网络的形式来进行寻找……

既然这些知识都可以通过网络的形式来寻找，那如何保障我们寻找信息的有效性呢?平时寻找这些信息，可以通过百度、搜狗等搜索工具来进行寻找，也就是打开搜索引擎之后，输入相当关键词进行查找即可，然后在给出结果里面，找到正规的、有效的、专业的网站，筛选我们所需要的信息，在筛选信息的过程中，一定要有针对性，不要被其他的信息所迷惑。

因为现在网络上的信息太多，我们能接触到的信息也很多，在这些信息中，有些是真实可靠的，有些是陷阱，等着人跳进去，一不小心，轻则电脑中毒，重则信息泄露，所以平时在上网过程中，如何保障自己个人信息安全呢?

在保障个人信息安全的过程中，最主要的是不要轻信中奖及抽奖等活动。天下没有免费的午餐，不经过努力，不会有回报，就像平时学习一样，只有用功努力了，我们才能取得好成绩，在网络中也是一样的，某些群体会利用人的贪婪心理，利用中奖等活动骗取个人的信息，个人信息一旦泄露，对方就可以很轻易的找到我们，这样我们的人身安全、个人安全也就无法得到保障了，所以在保障我们个人信息安全的过程中，一定不要随便泄露我们的个人信息，包括姓名、年龄、电话、地址等信息，对方无法取得我们的个人信息，也就无法威胁到我们个人的安全了。

总而言之，我们在保障网络安全的过程中，需要做到以下几点：

1、不要随便的泄露我们及家人的个人信息，包括姓名、年龄、电话、地址等信息;

2、在上网的过程中，尽量打开合法、正规的网站;

3、不要贪便宜，轻易的相信陌生人;

4、减少自己的好奇心，对未知事物我们可以去探索，但一定要在正确的时间做正确的事;

5、尽可能在自己熟悉的电脑上上网，使用陌生人的电脑毕竟在无形之中多一分危险。
